Rules:
1. Select winner of each game using point spread shown (ties lose).
2. Award point value from 1 to 11 on each game. You will receive the point value for each game chosen correctly.
3. How to cast your selections: 1. Complete online ballot (preferred), 2. Print and Return right portion of ballot to Phil, or 3. e-mail picks to filsfollies@gmail.com
Entries should be submitted no later than 7 PM Fri. 12/20. If using method 2 or 3, please use “F” for favorite, or “U” for Underdog. This will make it easier for me to build spreadsheet. Thank you for your cooperation.
4. Entry fee is $10 -payouts: 50%, 30%, 15% & 5% of pot.
